"This was until this evening, our regular treat and regular Chinese takeaway. However, when we placed our order we was told it would be with us by 8 o’clock. I write this now at 10 o’clock at night, after our delivery driver has just arrived, his response not my problem I’m late. Extremely disappointed that the restaurant didn’t even have the courtesy to contact customers and say we are extremely busy this evening due to high demand delivery times are going to be longer than anticipated. Had they phoned us and informed us of this. We would’ve cancelled our order and sort alternative arrangements. Now at 10 o’clock at night or takeaway is in the fridge as we have gone past feeling hungry. This is the last time we will use this restaurant, I’m sure they don’t actually care that a customer is saying this because this evening proves that, it seems that there desire to earn a profit exceeded the desire to deliver customer service"

"Everything from customer service, missing food and cold food was beyond poor. The quality of the food was poor, rubbery tough chicken. We collected the food, no regard to the additional journey. To cap it off the commitment made by staff as I left has left me in no illusion I won’t be returning"

"we have been using Haka takeaway for 20 or more years and we've always had good food at reasonable price and the delivery was good as well but we ordered a meal on Saturday it was absolutely horrible and tasteless (these were the same dishes as we have had before) they were watery and the crispy deep fried beef was tough and no taste. The Red and hot pork was also watery and had no peppers in it and the meat was tough.We will NOT be using them again and also far too expensive now and was over 1 hour late in delivery. They need to revert back to their original chefs and make the meals more reasonably priced."

"We’ve used Haka for years when we need delivery and loved their food…really disappointed tonight. Portions much smaller than they used to be…the chicken chow mein was bland, the tub of duck was less than half full, squishy rather than crisp, and had the pancakes in there too to pad it out. Called to complain and were told chefs were new and there was nothing they could do. Would share a photo but no option to do that. Will stick to driving to Oriental Gourmet in future."

"Had a delivery last night, I was told it would take 1hour 20minutes which was fine. The delivery driver arrived exactly on time and was friendly and polite. The food was hot and tasted absolutely delicious. The beef in black bean sauce was particularly good. I thought the price was far too high. I definitely wont be a regular customer. Not recommended because of cost"
