"Really nice spacious park. Tennis courts, football pitches and a lovely childrens' playground. The car parks tend to fill up quickly so arrive as early as possible. Also leave extra time to find your way around as it is a huge park."
"Extensive south Dublin park that's used for a variety of recreational activities. It's also the start of the Wicklow Way and boasts some beautiful tree hugged paths that wind their way around its many stylized water features. The courtyard of the old country house is now used by a number of artisan sellers and there are two coffee shops."
"Good venue, not as big as I thought it would be. Went to see Guns N Roses ...AMAZING....1 major issue with it there was next to no transport to and from venue ....walked almost 2 miles after concert to get a taxi and that was dump luck ......NEED BETTER TRANSPORT"
"It is a big park. The main playground area has a public toilet (not many parks have this luxury). There is a nice cafe to grab a snack and coffee. Beside the garden with peacocks and other flying beauties there is a restaurant where you can sit inside or outside. There is a food fair on Sunday with yummy treats. The park itself is a great place to run, walk, and cycle (there are some pedestrian areas only). There is a fairy garden too."
"Has a good children playground inside with lot of play activities for them. Can get bit crowded on a weekend and if the weather is good. You need to enter Marlay Park from the College Road Car Park side for near access to the kids playground. Parking place is big and free. I love to go there as my kids enjoys a lot there"
