"The pool I normally go to is closed for the month of September for refurbishment. So I tried this out today. It's very expensive at 7.50 for a swim. Being a pensioner I don't know how most of the people that were there and many of them older than me can afford to go there daily. Pool area was lovely but I was asked to move on to a different area to accommodate kids lessons but not in a friendly manner. So I left the pool to go to the steam room which was closed out of order. The sauna area is small and was overcrowded. So I showered and left. Not great value for 20 minutes. Will not be going back. Way too expensive for what you get"
"Staff make the visit a very pleasant experience. They are uber friendly and helpful. Premises are excellent. I reported, to a staff member, that the showers were too hot. When I went today, the shower was a very comfortable temperature. Thanks. See you again soon. " 5 o'clock Tony ""
"Good value gym overall. Recent upgrade of the sauna was well done. Only real issue I have is the gym - seems to be neglected by the staff. It's often in a filthy state - obviously not cleaned on a regular basis. You rarely see any of the staff in the gym - sometimes one will seat in a seat in the corridor for a few minutes - usually on their phone. Sometimes customers have to go looking for staff to get wipedown materials etc. Also I notice the swimming pool attendants sometimes sitting in the high seat on their phones obviously not watching the pool!!"
