"Gym has been ruined lately by certain groups of people who feel they own the place. Nearly every weekday evening, the same group of men sit in the jacuzzi talking for literally an hour. When they aren’t in the jacuzzi, they are standing at the end of the swimming pool lanes obstructing swimmers. Nobody else can use the jacuzzi while they are in there and I imagine this is particularly off putting for females. The staff (who are lovely btw) really need to clamp down on this and tell them to move on or else make a rule that max time in the jacuzzi is 10 minutes and erect a sign to that effect. There also needs to be more signs placed around the machines on the gym floor to remind people that it is not fair on everyone else to sit on a chest press machine for 23 minutes while scrolling through Instagram. As I say, lovely staff and the facilities are good overall but the place has become a complete free for all lately and I can’t say I’ll be renewing my membership unless management sort out these issues."

"Fantastic gym, lots of equipment. Nice temp. pool and sauna and steam room are lovely after a workout. It’s the friendly staff that make it for me though. Always a friendly hello on the way in and you can ask the instructors for advice anytime. Shout out to Ava for the intro tour and Liviu for helping design a plan for me. Feel great going in and even better coming out!"
"Great trainers, such as Irina and Rodrigo, for example, and generally helpful staff, warm in the dressing room, hot sauna, warm swimming pool, working jacuzzi, a lot of free weights, good machines - I love the leg press! Would be great to have a Reflexology room, sunbeds, Infrared Sauna and a Cryogenic Sauna as well, kind of missing it here. Thanks :)"
