"First encountered Aquasun at a show in the RDS years ago. I was impressed with their professional knowledge and non pushy sales approach. I said if I was going to buy a tub I'd call in. So this year we did exactly that. Ronan, our sales guy, spent plenty of time with us. He showed us everything they had in stock and explained all the pros and cons of each tub. Finally we settled on a Hotspring Flair. In these strange times delivery, like everything else was uncertain, but Ronan said end of July was realistic. The tub arrived first week in August, so that's pretty much spot on. The installers came and they had a difficult task getting the tub to its final place in the garden, but they did it efficiently and quickly with absolutely no damage to the decking, not even a tiny scratch. One of the guys stayed behind and commissioned it and a day later we were using the tub. I've since been back into the store for some top up chems and Debbie spent more time with ironing out a few small water quality questioned I had. I'd highly recommend Aquasun if you're in the market for a tub or pool."

"Bought a Freeflow Azure hot tub from Aquasun which was delivered and installed in April this year. Delighted with the hot tub and the service provided. In July, I noticed a slight "squeak" coming from the pump. I contacted Debbie in Aquasun on a Thursday evening and an appointment was made for the following Wednesday for the service engineer to call. Michael arrived promptly on the Wednesday morning and installed a new pump without any fuss or trouble. I am absolutely delighted with the service provided, and based on my experiences to date, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. For those interested in the running costs of the Azure tub, I calculate that it uses on average about 30Kw hours of electricity a week, which translates to about 7 euro on my current tariff. (using it about three to four times a week). Great selection in their very nice showrooms in Walkinstown."
