"Quoted €15 for a battery, fair enough, their skill and labour in changing the battery is something I don’t have but then the prize part - it’s €23 if you want an already water resistant watch back the way you gave it to us! Basically, pay us extra or we’ll give you back your watch in a lesser condition than it was when you gave it to us! Comical."
"I dropped a ring off to be fixed, was told 3 weeks, 8 weeks later still not fixed and the worst part was when i went into the store the aggressive and rude jeweler came out and started ranting about how it was not his fault and everything would take longer- no correspondence from the shop throughout the 8 weeks i had to chase for updates and then the worst customer service i have ever received. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS CHAIN AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!"
"Went in there Yest 5th of feb 2022 to get a new battery in my Diesel watch. I was advised €23 for a 1 year Battery or €30 for a 5 year guaranteed watch. Firstly thats really expensive. I opted fir the 5 year option for the sake of €7 more. Then the lady explained that if it was a water resistent watch then it would be an xtra €20 to make sure its resealed. So it was now €50 for a battery for a watch that cost €100. Needless to say i took the watch back. Went downstairs to the Jewellers on the Ground level where they replaced the battery for €10"
"Watch was starting and stopping every so often (sign of a bad battery). Brought watch in for a new battery, about two minutes and €15 later watch seemed good. After about an hour it stopped working again. They never even changed the battery! Not to mention they scratched the back up trying to open it."
"I took my engagement ring in there to get resized. My ring was 5 1/2 sizes too big. Not only does it fit perfectly it look better than the day I was proposed to! 10/10 will bring all my jewelry here. They were helpful at the counter to get it perfect. They explained the cost. It was very reasonably priced resize and they did it in 6 days! Amazing service!"
