"I believe we saved alot of money going to Tom. He knows his stuff. He helped us source a fabulous champagne marquis diamond and we build the band around that. "Would highly recommend this place. Me and my partner bought an engagement ring together after i proposed using a token ring. We had discovered their website, which is great for visual references, having searched for LabGrown Diamond that we wanted since they are ethical sourced and a fraction of the price, for the exact same quality of mined diamonds. Setting up viewing was easy and we came into the store on a saturday. Tom was helpful and informative and walked us through the different options based on what we told him we wanted, he was also good craic and answered all our questions diligently. We left the store with an education (confirmed from previous online research) and a deposit on a diamond ring. When the ring arrived 8 weeks later, we went into collect and were delighted with the stone itself but not the setting so it was sent back for amending free of charge and came back in 6 weeks later to collect the final product which we are delighted with. Its very satisfying ever time we pass jewlers and see the same size/quality stone for 3/4 times the price :) The only criticism i would have is the delay in shipping to/from uk but it was well worth the wait.
