"I was very upset that my 1 year old puppy's groom didn't take the normal 3 hours, but 6 hours. I had expected to at least have a call to say that she wasn't going to be done in time, but I heard nothing after 5 hours and thought I'd missed the call, when I got there I was shocked to see my puppy just on the grooming table. When I complained to the manager about not being told that she would be groomed much later, she now refuses to take my dogs for grooming - I got fired :("

"Always get my dogs groomed here, I have a JRT that needs socializing, they take him in too, give him a wash, and he gets to play with the other dogs in for a groom. The staff are so kind and gentle with my dogs, can’t recommend highly enough. Dogs love going there, always excited going in, and reluctant to leave!! I think that says it all! Five star groomers!"
