"If I could give no stars I would. This was possibly the worst hotel stay I have ever had. There was a ‘technical fault’ in the fire alarm system which started ringing the alarm at 1am. This alarm continued to go off a further 5/6 times throughout the night. None of us got any sleep, one of which is 27weeks pregnant with twins who’s bed was directly underneath the fire alarm. The night porter rang our room at 3.30am to tell us to stop smoking in our room. None of us smoke so this was just an accusation. When we spoke to the desk staff the next morning they were less than apologetic for the inconvenience. In the end they offered us a complimentary coffee for the troubles. This did not compensate the horribly uncomfortable stay we had in this hotel and being asked to leave our room before we’d even gotten out of bed so Maintenance could check the alarm system. Do not waste your money by staying here. You’d get a better sleep on the side of the M50."
"Checked in for the weekend. Other than small accident I had ,I had a great stay . Staff are welcoming and super friendly. Especially the girls in reception. They checked up on me thru the weekend. Food is fab and great choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again . My accident didn't put me off .."
"Rooms were old and not clean. We had to move to a different room as the first one was not clean at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They cleaned up the place as soon as we complained. But not worth for the current price. The food here was not great either."
"Just back from a 2 nights stay and loved it. Location is pretty, room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and bathroom as well. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the bar one of the nights and food and staff were top class. Would definitely stay again - very pleasant hotel."
"Apart from some minor inconveniances we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. We especially liked the professional and friendly staff and the tasty breakfast. The building/rooms could use some refurbishment here and there, however."
