"Very disappointing experience overall - when we picked our dog, Rachel showed us that there was a deep cut on her chest (as shown in the photo below), our dog has been to other groomers in the past and is used to grooming. It's never happened before from our experience. Rachel said it does happens from time to time in her grooming salon, and when we expressed our concerns, she was very defensive and tried to blame on our dog and suggested there is no need for stitches. Also, there was few knots left in her coat that we had to cut out by ourselves. Again, she was defensive and blamed it on the dog's coat. Since then, our dog is traumatised from brushing, grooming and runs away, which didn't used to happen. The customer service was poor, defensive and dismissive. Base on this experience, we will never go back and do NOT recommend this grooming place to other dog owners."

"Rachel was able to handle and manage our full of energy puppy when other recommended and popular groomer was unable to do so - the puppy came back very stressed and the haircut was undone. The puppy was at Rachel’s three times already. For the first time Rachel took the puppy just to show her the environment and meet the staff and being with them for some time so next time it wouldn’t be for her so new and unknown place. Next times she got her haircut:). Each time the haircut was perfect, puppy not stressed out at all and very happy:). Rachel is very nice person and excellent professional dog groomer. Rachels Clips and Tails is our the best groomer number 1!!! Highly recommended!:)"
