"Super disappointed to be refused entrance at 18.02 when for urgent cat litter needs because "we close at 18.00 and our tills are done". After 5 years shopping with you every week or so, I'm so disappointed. A bit of flexibility in these difficult times wouldn't go amiss. Reason I was late? I decided to stop at at a red light on my way after a long day at work. I was told it's grand "we open at 9". Guess what, I start work at 9. So if you're going to make it this difficult for people to come shop with you in a pandemic, I'll take my my business elsewhere. Likely online and foreign. So much for supporting local, when local doesn't support you."

"SUPER helpful with supplies, haven't been in a few years but if Dawn is there you're in extra extra good hands! When I was small my rabbit had 9 babies and we took them there because we knew they'd be impeccably looked after and going to great new homes. I could also visit them whenever I wanted (I was 7 and missed them of course!)."
