"I reached out to Adrian to enquire about availability for a cat sitting service. We ended up not needing him on these dates so sent a polite note letting him know. The only time he had spent on my query was sending an email in reply to me. His response to this, "I'm not interested in doing business with people who contact me with regard to providing them with a service while continuing to consider other options. It doesn't pay my mortgage or feed my family." See attached screen shot, as I note on other reviews here Adrian tends to blame poor reviews on "faceless trolls". Stunned by his response and utter lack of customer service. It requires a huge amount of trust to share the keys to your home and entrust pets with strangers. Very grateful Adrian was never responsible for the care of mine. Updated with photo to show email thread - not a troll, no false identity. Ridiculous response from Adrian."
