"Julia has been such a great support to us over the last few years as our elderly and much loved cat Monty had heart problems and, in his last year, was going blind and deaf. On 3rd January last, we had to make the awful decision to have Monty put to sleep, he was 18. Julia came to our house and her professionalism and gentleness with Monty and kindness to us helped carry us through a very difficult time. Thanks so much Julia."

"We had to have our beloved cat Marvin put to sleep last week. He was 15. He had been very unwell and Julia was due to come out to our home on Thursday to put him to sleep. On Wednesday night, Marvin went downhill rapidly. We contacted Julia and she came to our house within 3/4 of an hour. She was so professional and kind to us. She turned what was a distressing situation into a peaceful end for Marvin in his own familiar surroundings. We will definitely be contacting Julia again for our other cat Monty."

"Last week, my cat Etcetera was suddenly and unexpectedly very ill. I was told that the best thing for him would be to send him to sleep forever. I was reluctant to do this at the vets, where the lighting is harsh and the place is noisy and everything is so sterile and clinical. I learned of Julia and her home service and made the choice to call her. I brought Etcetera home for the last time and Julia came to send him on his way. It was so meaningful and special to be able to hold him as he fell asleep. I had as much time as I needed with him before and after, and Julia was so gentle and compassionate with both of us. I am so grateful for Julia and her service, without it the experience would have been much harder to deal with. My cat Lily needs a checkup soon and I will be calling Julia as I know Lily hates the cat carrier and loud noises."
