"My wife was told to come back in 3 hours for her prescription even though she arrived at the given time and was told it was ready, came back 3 hours later and still wasn't ready. Then two weeks later she was sick again and this time we decided to come in after the designated time as they never have it ready on time and was told that we should come in on time, how ironic. Explained to the woman at the counter that we did come in time before and that they never have it ready on time, she then said we should just send the prescription somewhere else. Very "not" helpful"
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Went in first thing in the morning - I was literally the only customer with a minimum of 7 staff, 4 of them just chatting away behind the counter. I needed a basic prescription filled for an asthma inhaler which had been sent by a doctor. When I advised the girl on the counter and gave my name, I was met with silence whilst she looked at a computer. After an awkward 40 seconds or so, I asked if everything was ok with it? She replied "were very busy so come back in around 4 hours"...Again I was literally the only customer! I advised that this inhaler is urgently needed to which she replied "Yeah, just were very busy so 4 hours and it should be ready."...Not a care in the world for their sick customers, terrible attitude, no politeness, all first thing in the morning when staff were doing nothing but chatting. I wish I seen the other reviews before going there because its clearly a consistent issue. Went to an alternative pharmacy in Lucan and they were so polite, told me theyre busy too but it would take around 20 mins...The difference was mindblowing. Send your prescriptions elsewhere."
"Useless bunch of lazy, ignorant and incompetents. They never answer the phone. Phoned many times from outside the shop and observed the staff keep talking at the till. Even if the farmacy is empty some this lot makes you wait, acting like they're doing you a favour to come assist you. I've witness in more than one occasion their patronising and deplorable manner way of speaking to immigrants and people of colour. They always struggle to find the prescriptions because the place is an absolute tip. Boxes of medicine and cosmetic products everywhere, as clearly they're too lazy to sort the deliveries. Very few of them knows how to use their computer software causing delays and large queuing. Joke of a pharmacy."
"Terrible customer service. Wish I could rate zero stars. The lady at the counter was very rude and condescending when I tried to ask her a simple yes or no question on a slightly busy day. They rarely have the basic medications like neurofen available anyway. Go elsewhere for medication please."
"Despite longish waiting times all staff is extremely helpful and doing all they can to provide best customer service possible. Customers just need to relax a bit more and understand that prescriptions aren't sweets handed out left right and centre."
