"If I could give zero stars, I would. BEWARE! I had booked a trip for myself and 2 children - Covid happened - and they cancelled - told me I could use within a year. Booked again for late April 2022 - Ukraine war happened and were advised by government "Do Not Travel". Had to cancel and rebook for later. Out of nearly $8,000 paid, I was offered $1,500 "hotel credit". So overall, I gave them nearly $8,000. Can I claim it on my taxes as a donation to charity?"
"We have just returned from our holiday to iceland. On the 8th of march we arrived at hotel foss raudra at night to find out that our hotel was closed we had no previous information that the hotel would be closed. We had booked transport from the airport to the hotel. There was 8 of us in a city that nobody knew where and what to do. Luckly one of our party chased after the cab we then had to pay for the taxi once again to take us to the other hotel. I have travelled for many years and i must say your company has been the most disorganised i have ever used and will not be using your company ever again. When we booked there was 3 trips included and you booked us on a trip before we even took off from england we phoned up customer service and they could never give you the correct answer and each one of 8 of us a different answer. Our reference was 4676395/3"
"If I could give them negative stars I would. Their lack of communication, returning emails, providing a working number to call along with their lack of transparency left me frustrated and spending more money than I wanted. I was told the airline was a full service airline, which led me to believe that it was not an “ala carte” airline. It was an “Ala carte” airline where you pay extra for EVERYTHING. They don’t serve food on a 5 hour flight, they don’t have wifi or entertainment. All things I consider when booking a flight. I ended up spending another $500 in luggage fees (both ways so a total of 1k) due to their lack of transparency. I also had an issue with the airline tickets and confirmation/check in with the flight. I was unable to reach anyone. Luckily it all worked out on my own accord. One of our tours got canceled and never happened and we never were refunded or notified as what to do if that happened. I’ve never booked an all inclusive trip with airline, hotel and excursions. Due to this experience- I likely won’t do it again."
"They absolve themselves of any responsibility once you're actually on the trip. So if you have trouble with a portion, be prepared to handle it on your own. Lost money on this one through no fault of our own. Will not use again."
