"Dr. Dillon might have many titles however she lacks empathy, communicating skills and the basics for attending ill patients. This clinic may be great for plastic surgery or beauty treatments however if you have an illness is better you don't even step in here. Plus, it's highly expensive and pay before treatment is done. I was treated like an inmigrant that doesn't pay taxes here and with very little respect for my persona and for my time and money. I had to go to hospital to find my way out of this very bad experience. Please go somewhere else!"

"The doctor did not help with my issue at all. Got prescribed some non-effective creams and no follow up appointments. Went to a different clinic, got put on a proper treatment plan, follow ups, blood tests etc, which worked great. Obviously was left very disappointed with the clinic. Called the clinic to ask for an email to say when I’ve been there, and was told there is a charge of €20. When I asked “€20?”, the woman proceeded to tell me that the doctor has a family and kids that she wants to go to and writing emails takes out of her time… Extremely unprofessional, trying to guilt trip clients. In general very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable doctors. Would recommend going elsewhere. Nadia"

"I’ve been attending this city center medical practice for over 5 years. The reception staff are vey caring. They are quick to respond to emails . The practice is very clean. I can always get a same day appointment. I have mostly attend Dr Dillon but if she is not available Dr Muireann will always see me. I has a Mirena coil put in a month ago by Dr Dillon . She was very professional. She explained the procedure step by step . The procedure only took 5 minutes . She even did my smear on the same day. Dr Dillon called me the next day to make sure I had made a full recovery . The aftercare was excellent . I was seen for a free consultation a week later to make sure all was well. I recommend this medical practice to all my friends."

"I am giving both Dr. Dillon, her associates, and the practice auxiliary staff five stars. I have attended for a multitude of general medical queries over the past two years and have had a great service each time. I have had to reschedule with life and they are very helpful with appointment issues. I don't like hanging around dentists/doctors too long. Dr. Dillon is concise, to the point and does not steer you in the wrong direction. Working in healthcare, I understand the need for waiting times and don't feel this a fair critique of her practice as it is very normal to wait in all healthcare settings. Dr. Dillon provided excellent dermatology in the past six months as well, with her treatment my skin has never looked better and I have gained my confidence back. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, in particular females, the doctors are very up to date with female centred healthcare which can be hard to find. The doctors will refer you out if they do not feel they can give you the best treatment in this area."
