"Waste of money I think these lot rarely pay out. Me and my wife got covid last year and couldn't make our trip to central america. Lost our flights accommodation etc, we sent all covid texts to Multi trip but kept asking for more documentation until we eventually gave up. Insult to injury they have an auto renew option automatically ticked on your account so got billed for a second year of travel insurance that's good for nothing."

"Policy ~ AMTU000ASB/202251 I was always told you can only really judge an insurance when you make a claim. Well I made a claim and I can only say everything was almost perfect. No questioning, no issues. Made the claim for medical issues in USA and recieved payment relatively quickly. The claim process was simple and very clear, and quite clearly states don't claim if your excess is greater than the claim. I did make one phonecall to check progress of claim and was informed it had been authorised and payment made that actual day - I had just missed the email as it arrived in my inbox at 5am and I missed the notification. The only error was that someone applied the wrong excess and deducted too much. Fortunately I did spot this and it was rectified immediately. It shouldn't happen but everyone makes mistakes, so I am putting it down to simple human error. I recommend this company as in my experience they were professional and efficient."

"This company is a scam. I subscribed to their annual travel policy 6 months ago. I had to contact them for a problem during my trip in Europe. No help from them or their insurance provider, MAPFRE. I even received an automatic out of office message… don’t waste your money with them."

"Absolute worst travel insurance company I have ever dealt with!! I paid plenty of money to take out a policy incase of a personal accident while abroad, unfortunately I had an accident which resulted in almost losing a finger, and an expensive hospital bill! I have been trying to make contact with this company for month's and keep receiving the same generic email back! I got one response (not a generic email) stating they were out of office and then the generic emails continued! It's impossible to get in touch with anyone! Avoid this company!!! They will not be in a hurry to help if you get injured while abroad!!!"
