"Never ever use them again!!! bought tickets for an overseas travel with premium economic cost, which is quite a bit higher than economic class. paid for 3 adults (even my kids are only 12ys). 10 days before the travel, received email the flight class had been downgraded! no refund even the airline informed us that I was entitled for the differences, quite a bit money! the agency refused to help to get the refund differences (believe they may just kept it rather than refunded to me). the customer services were very rude! it was not the right way to start a trip. absolute Nightmare!"
"This is not a "company" but rather a SCAM. They look for anyway to SCAM people who are willing to use them as a "service". This company should not be used and should be reported to authorities for dishonest business practices. They do not care about the customer and only want money for their greedy pockets. I had booked a flight on their website, as I found it through the Kayak platform. I had booked my flight online around 10 PM, which their office was closed by that point. I called the next day, which was in the 24 hour period that airlines allow customers to cancel their reservation. They refused to do anything to help me, and they had said if I had called the night I made my reservation, they would have refunded me. However, this was not even an option given that their office was closed at that hour. Also, when talking with their "customer service", they were angry and rude on the phone. They do not do anything to support their customers, and this is a terrible business model for them to sustain their business. Nobody can trust them. Best option is for this company to fail, because they abuse customers."
"WARNING! WARNING! my experience is too bad not to be shared here but my advice is never book with omega travel. I think all their sales agent have been thought how to lie and you will never any good information from them. I have been calling for a refund almost four months now it still not been received. they are keeping my dads refund and anytime i call they tell me to hang on. my last call took 1hr 10 minute before I finally got so called manager to talk to. so omega travel enough is enough we don't wont any business with your company anymore. PLEASE DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH OMEGA TRAVEL PEOPLE."
"My partner has just come off 2 long phone calls to Omega Travel. Unfortunately ... our experience tallys with reports of poor customer service written by a number of people who have put reviews on this platform. This morning, we received notification to contact Omega about an unexpected change to our flight schedule. However, when we called there was a very long wait before a customer services representative answered the call. Then, when we said we weren't happy about being transferred to a flight with a 5 hour layover, the representative hung up. On a 2nd call, my partner was told "That's the way it is, sir" in response to our dissatisfaction with the flight change. We have not been offered food vouchers, but have had 'attitude' instead. Reading other peoples' reports, it raises a concern that we could be expecting more scheduling changes. Crossing fingers that our journey is comfortable, however, we'd deem it best to book directly with the airline in the future."
"Awful. Really bad. Wish I had never booked with them. Terrible costumer service. Website crashed through no fault of my own and created duplicate booking without realising until next morning. Has not yet refunded one of tickets as an act of good will. This would be the right and fair thing to do! This has cost me so far an extra £322. I'm disgusted that I am left on hold for such long periods of time and people handling the calls seem to speak from a script and are quite rude and dismissive of the costumers perspective. Unless this is resolved, I will be going out of my way to warn others of the experience I have had. All calls and emails have been documented (recorded) so I can use them in future to inform personal contacts. These are luckily contacts with influence at relevant media streams concerning the travel industry. This way at the very least, people will become aware of the nature of the way omega flight store seem to go about their 'passionate' money making business ethos, by not considering their moral obligations to treat their costumers with any fairness what so ever."
