Reviews
"Amazing professional service. Fully recommend"
"Getting the appointment was fine and the therapist was probably fine but the therapy room was absolutely huge, bigger than our whole flat put together (ok, it's a small flat), the chairs were so far apart I felt I needed a megaphone to talk to the therapist, and it had an old mattress leaning up against a big pile of clutter, I found it impossible to feel comfortable there. A mattress. Seriously. Also I suppose this is a little thing but they could really use a receptionist since arriving early means standing out in the cold. Maybe they have a receptionist at certain times? So in the end it didn't suit me but it might be wonderful for someone else. Best of luck!"
"I called them to ask if they had an appointment for today and the first thing I was asked was if I was able to afford the fee. Just because I have a foreign accent it doesn't mean I can't afford the fee. Very bad form from someone who works at a couselling practice. If the receptionist treats a potential patience like that you can imagine how the patiences are really treated by the rest. Very bad indeed"
