"The hotel is nice, warm and comfortable. The staff at reception are friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent with plenty to do in walking distance. Only let down is the room window, even when closed, it might as well not be there from the point of view of the noise. The hotel is on a main street so some noise is to be expected but you might as well just leave the window open as it drowns out no noise whatsoever which is far from perfect if your a light sleeper. On the up side they do provide ear plugs. I would definitely come back again but next time request a room at the back of the hotel or at least one with a better widow."
"Had a lovely stay over the weekend, location is absolutely fab, only complaint was how noisy the rooms are but considering it’s smack bang in the middle of everything a little noise is to be expected! Earplugs were kindly provided! Had food in the bar which was very tasty and huge portions! Would definitely stay again especially for an event in that part of the city as it’s so convenient"
"Great hotel with a friendly staff. The elevator is small, but the family room was large with a great bathroom. They provided towels, slippers, shampoo and body wash, as well as coffee, tea, and biscuits for the morning. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful and the Early Bird Special is perfect."
"Great hotel, right in the Temple bar area, everything is pretty accessible downtown. The hotel and bar workers were very nice and attentive. The bar stays open later for hotel guests! Breakfast was basically anything you wanted off the menu, which was wonderful and a pretty good discount if you bought it with the room. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it! (I would bring earplugs because it is an older building and it can get loud on the streets, but that's not the hotels fault!)"
"Room was great, had everything we needed. Wifi worked well in rooms and in the pub. Door staff was helpful, and the restaurant and breakfast was great. It was very loud at night however! From 10pm-3am. But that is expected for the area, and the hotel even gave out ear plugs, although I did not need them to be able to sleep."
