Reviews
"A great place for quiet riverside walks with extensive views over wide reed beds and grazing marshes. Very popular with bird watchers. Some good riverside pubs too - I would particularly recommend The Ferry Inn at Surlingham."
"Lots of wildlife. Peaceful and calm. Great for nature lovers and birdwatchers."
"Gorgeous location, stayed in Serena Cottage in Brundall. Highly recommended, shame that we did not have brilliant weather. This is an ideal location for exploring the Broads and Norfolk coast."
"Google the best times and what to expect as every month you will see different things. I went on spring when birds where going crazy so it was fun to watch."
"Possibly one of the best national parks in England with 200 miles of navigable waterways to explore, cosy pubs and friendly locals. There is a wealth of wildlife to see, Kingfishers if you keep alert, visiting flocks of unusual feathered visitors, Otters and Seals on the coast. Hire a boat and sail, or motor to Horsey and walk to the coast a mile and a half away from Horsey Mill, breaking your journey at the Nelson's Head for a pint and great food."
