"From the moment i called them, having been let down at the last minute by another contractor, Olympic were friendly, helpful and efficient. They agreed to do my wooden pool despite it not normally being their thing, and squeezed me in as half term was fast approaching and this had been planned for a very long time. They were always early to work, explained every step of the process and were polite and respectful at all times. They took the negative comments from round about with a pinch of salt and a smile on their faces. They finished the job with great skill and knowledge, in good time and to a very good price. Any problems were quickly and calmly smoothed over. I have only left to say that the extremely rude and negative comments that have been made on this site are completely personal to me, negative and spiteful. They have no bearing on this company or to the work carried out by them. If anything, it shows what decent people they are, to be subjected to this kind of verbal abuse and to carry on regardless. "I would not recommend this company at all. Our neighbours are having a pool built and the two chavs building it were shouting to each other whilst I was trying to enjoy some quiet time in my garden, shouting out that I was jealous that I haven't got a pool and that I fancied them! What a joke! They have made me feel intimidated and I can't sit in my garden whilst they constantly are shouting, music on full blast and are making pathetic comments about me over the fence! Turned up at 6.30am on our drive and woke our household up! What a shambles! As for jealous, I don't think so, I would rather use a company that employ their own staff & not sub contractors that look absolutely awful! Perhaps they ought to get on with the job in hand and stop looking in my house whilst driving past it every two minutes on the dumper truck! If you are about to have a pool, think twice!"

"Have used Olympic after a recommendation from a friend and have never looked back. Their staff are friendly and efficient and their standard of work is much better than the company we previously used in the past who let us down on several occasions. There are other companies out there who may appear cheaper but as with everything, you get what you pay for. We had olympic build our patio and outdoor dining area last year and everyone remarks on how nice it looks !"
