"As a regular daily customer in your pool I find myself dissatisfied with the temperature which has not got up to pre breakdown heating levels. I'm finding it uncomfortable since the 2wk repair shutdown , I'm informed now that your waiting for another part which can take weeks to come from abroad ,is this true ? . I don't blame your staff, they have been very civil in this matter. Lip service is fine but it doesn't resolve the issue.actions bring results ,please chase this up."
