"I do not know how they have 4.7 rating, they probably buy fake reviews or rate themselves using fake accounts. Rented through them, and it was a typical letting agent experience - they have the integrity of a used cars' salesman . They have tried to rob me for one month's rent by pretending that I did not notify them on time about me moving out. Literally, the guy that I notified both via phone call and face to face acted like I didn't - his name is Michael Fortunately, I had the receipts and they had to back off. Just to summarize - protect yourself , take pictures of the property , do all the communication via email and keep those emails because they WILL try to steal from you if an opportunity presents itself."
