"We had a long journey from London and needed a place to rest and refresh so we can continue our journey. Premier Inn was a brand we agreed would be able to facilitate our needs. From the minute we walked in till we decided to leave the service received was amazing! The person the served us (withheld for data protection reasons) was very polite and the level of energy was so helpful! We received the advice we required. The person went the extra mile and told us about the anticipated disturbances for the morning which might even interrupt the call I was on. I would highly recommend this hotel! Oh and the breakfast was also magical; as expected!!! :-)"
"Payed a little but more for a Premier inn Plus room at this hotel and its definitely worth doing. Still a lot cheaper than the expensive hotels in the area however the standards was on par with them. Me and boyfriend stayed here as we went theatre in the evening. Had dinner out and back to hotel for drinks. We bought drinks with us and got use out of the mini fridge and bottle opener (love when hotels do this). Parking cost us £5 overnight. We had extra pillows, air con, even the toiletries used in the bathroom was more premium rather than the standard soaps. Self check in very easy they did have a lady behind the desk for support or questions if you had any. Didn't eat breakfast so no comment on the food. Overall had a great stay here and will book Premier inn Plus again in the future."
"Fantastic location as it's right in centre where you can reach both shopping centres walking The only downside is the loud music at night sometimes but it's not enough to put off using this hotel. As usual, comfy beds with a lovely sofa bed for our toddler and the cotbed for our infant was as expected. Breakfast was good, very helpful staff but it's mainly English breakfast, some pastries, jams and a small selection of cereals and pancakes"
"Worst experience I've received from premier Inn, possibly ever. Rude & obnoxious night staff that were unhelpful. After the heatwave we endured in the summer, what hotel doesn't have a fan? The room was over 25° when I got into, and he claimed they only had AC. This took over an hour to cool down, and really is not my idea of a good night rest. In fairness, the rest of the room was pleasant, as you'd expect from a new premier Inn hotel. Then to check out, the surely staff member (new shift, but do you see the pattern here?) Refused to print out a copy of the room bill, despite being asked three times, and couldn't get the convoluted parking payment system to work properly. For a large town like Milton Keynes it is well situated, but the service from the staff left a lot to be desired. Be warned..."
"Bulk standard Premier Inn, decent beds and rooms. Always pretty good and fair value for money. Check in is now all automated, so no experience with the staff. However, limited parking and £5 for 24 hours. We had to park across the road and paid £5.70 for the same. Also, the hotel is right next to Popworld (a club). So this means that there is music which reverberates through the building. I could hear it most of the night."
