"Went here for my sons 6th birthday. We had previously went back in July and it was amazing. This time (28th december) it was half closed and packed with more people than it seemed it could handle. Really wasn't to pleasant for my 3 year old and wife as the place was overhauled with to many people for him to bounce. Ball pit was closed so was the soft play. Cafe had drinks but no waffles for snacks for the kids. So this time it has to be a 3 star. Hopefully if we return for a third time we will have a better experience."
