"Fun station? MORE LIKE SCAM STATION!! We spent £20 on a single claw machine and although the claw dropped the prize into the prize pit almost 3 times, all 3 of those times it simply just bounced out as if there wasn’t even a hole. This isn’t a skill issue, because we were not the only ones having this problem. I request a free £20 refund as this is unacceptable, and my children are unbelievably upset, plus it was their birthday money."

"Loved it. My kids half a blast! They have a reloadable card that you use to play the games. Some games use a lot of tokens so make sure you look first. We did the 80 tokens deal because it was my two kids and I also played a few games. Over all we got to try about half the games there. The VR bike game was a bit pricey at 12 tokens each time but it was very kool for my kids since it was their first time trying VR. I really like how they gave the option to win tokens as you play. We didnt have luck on some games earning only 1 to 5 tokens per game but I do remenber earning 30 tokens at one game one time. I do recomend getting more than 1 card if you have more than 1 kid. My son ran all over the place with the card at one time and we had to go find him so we could play."

"Staff friendly and helpful. You have to download a card in the store that you put tickets on, then you use the card in the machines, no jammed coins or having to change money, which is modern progress! It was also easier to set a budget on the card for the kid's. All the machines were in good working order and there was a good variety. Couple of the machines were too expensive to use though such as the King Kong."

"Our experience here wasn’t as good as we’d hoped it would be. It’s a very modern arcade, all the machines require a card to be used to collect tickets/ top up money… which feels like it takes the fun away because you haven’t got physical tickets in your hand… It’s a really small arcade there’s not that much to do. As well as this, the credits are never whole numbers they’re always 0.2 etc and it seems like a ploy to get you to add more money so you use up all your credits and have none leftover. Most machines are 4 tokens or more which is around a pound. Tokens don’t equate to actual money value so it’s hard to keep track. There are no 2p machines. Good selection of prizes though."

"Me and my partner love this place. It's very modern, instead of putting coins into the machines you load up a card at the desk to pay for the games making more hygienic. Good range of machines, all the favourites. Play for tokens or prizes. No cash prizes. Fun for all ages. Weve introduced several family members to this place we love it so much."
