"Front of house is a good experience, efficient check in, very welcoming. Rooms are very basic, very tired, need modernising, carpets worn. Bathroom area, was not cleaned to the best standard, with urine runs down the toilet and limescale around the bath. Location is perfect for communities, in the heart of MK. Easy access to offices which is why I use this facility. Staff friendly, restaurant staff helpful. Room service food quality not the best and a £6 service charge to deliver to the room. Overall experience not bad, not the best, not the worst, liys of opportunity to improve on experience. All depends on what your looking, world class hotel experience, then maybe avoid. B&B one night stop over, basic experience then absolutely would recommend but do not set expectations too high. Hope this helps. Enjoy your stay!"
"A great hotel to stay for the weekend, a short walk to the shopping centre, easy no worries parking. This beautiful hotel is very well presented, courteous, welcoming and respectful staff. Very clean room with hygienic on suit bathroom/shower room. The room has a very large well presented king-sized bed with fresh clean linen and plump pillows for a peaceful and quiet sleep . I can't recommend this beautiful hotel enough, 6 stars if I could. I shall definitely be staying over again in the near future, finished my stay with a full English breakfast to get me through the day. A big thank you to all the professional team and management at the Leonardo Milton Keynes...."
"Had a very nice stay. Room was spacious and clean, only a minor things, like the bathroom reeking of tobacco. Staff were very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay on short notice. Very nice room at a decent price."
"No issues with room except the absence of a mini fridge was peculiar, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Many food and drink options on the dinner menu were not available. Breakfast selection is average and lukewarm food, but there was a rat/mouse running around the restaurant whilst breakfast buffet was being served, definitely not acceptable! Has put me off but there is a steep (£6) tray charge to have breakfast delivered to your room if you don't want to eat at the buffet in the restaurant. Also manual internal room lock did not work and fan in bathroom was always on, whether the bathroom light was on or not, so this way noisy."
"The hotel is pleasant, with decent size rooms (although not massive), friendly staff, and a good variety on the breakfast buffet. Air conditioning in the room was the main criteria for us as a reprieve from the recent heatwave. As for location you can't get much more central than this. There's cheap parking opposite (£6/day), restaurants immediately next to the hotel, and the nation shopping centre within a few minutes walk. The downsides we experienced were no fridge within the room, the air conditioning in the room was pretty weak (compared with other hotels we've experienced recently) and deactivated on its own randomly. Travelling with a young child we had hoped there would have been a 'bed guard' available to stop them rolling out of bed, but unfortunately the hotel didn't have any."
