Reviews
"Love this cinema. But sometimes not enough variety of films being shown hence 4 stars. Location is good."
"Took the day off work to go to cinema to watch Avatar the way of water, 2pm showing in 3D, followed by a meal at 6pm at our favorite restaurant. An anniversary treat. We parked in the intu car park for the duration of our visit, approximately 3.5 hours. Got to the cinema, got tickets and 3d glasses and went to screen 6. At 14.40, after numerous ads, the film started. Despite an advertised 2pm screening. It became apparent that there was a problem as we couldn't view the screen in 3d. My husband went to find someone. We are told that screen 6 was a 3d screen which is why we couldn't view it properly. We're told it'll be moved to screen 3, at this point we realized we would have to get a refund for another day otherwise we'd miss our anniversary meal. Had to wait 10 minutes for a manager to eventually show up. We got a refund eventually then asked about who was going to refund us for the parking charges, of which we wouldn't have had had we not gone to the intu Cineworld. The manager couldn't care less. Wasn't prepared to seek a solution, had a 'not my problem ' attitude. I wouldn't return if it were the last cinema on the planet. Couldn't organize a pee up on a breweries outing. Rude, unprofessional and disorganized."
"I've always used Cineworld for movies, it's clean, staff have always been polite and helpful and the prices aren't extortionate like some other cinemas. The screen itself was very clean and seats comfy."
"Cineworld is one of the good movie theatre in the area, sure not the best. Viewing experience with the screen and sound system was perfect. But the seating is where the comfort lacks. Seat arrangements were close by each rows, which gives you a less leg space in between the rows. It needed to just getup and give way for the viewers in same row. That was quite discomfort. Staffs were polite and helpful as this was the first time here. It offers a good snack shop, but advise you to choose the offers available when you book the ticket. Screen 6 is very small and better to select the seats in the back rows for a good viewing experience."
"The only reason this place doesn't have four stars is because of the seating. It is dated fabric seating that is cramped together. I'm maybe spoiled now with reclining leather seating with small side tables, but it makes a star worth of cinema experience, in my opinion. Other than that, the staff were very helpful, the food and drink available were more than enough. There are lifts to get down to screens Please see photos"
