"Difficult to call them. Noone answerig the phone."
"Not worth even 1 star. Avoid at all costs. My ex husband signed up a direct debit with them using children's bank account which is in my name. He has no entitlement to that account, and RL did let it pass without even checking it, until I noticed first deduction on my statement. Now a month later they are still "trying" to sort it out and refund me money. I am unable to take time off work to make a call, so every time I ring them, it is on the way to work before 9am, but no one ever called me back, do not respond to my emails either. I'm afraid to think if anything happens to a customer of theirs, be impossible to get money of them. Was told this morning they are processing my refund. If money does not reach me in 14 days, I will contact BOI fraud team and they can go after them, as RL is having 0 communication with me."
