"The service is brilliant and reliable. If you need something done in your house you are always taking a risk. I've had numerous issues with other builders, some are good, some okay, but the majority are terrible. Hasan is brilliant, he's intelligent, practical, and friendly, but above all he's honest. Of all the jobs he's done for me, he quotes both the time and cost accurately. He told me the materials he needed and offered to buy them himself or that he gave me a list for me to get myself. I opted for the latter as he knows what he needs and it saves me a trip to the DIY store. He gave me the receipts where I benefited from the trade savings he can sometimes get. One job was to re-tile the bathroom. I couldn't decide which tiles so he bought both and even returned and refunded the items I didn't use. Saving me yet another trip to the shop. His advice is indispensable. He knew which tiles to go for, with knowledge of slip resistance which is often not specified when buying tiles. It was a massive weight off my shoulders knowing I wouldn't make any mistakes in ordering. I know many builders would have been happy to install inappropriate tiles just to get the job done, only for them needing to be replaced later down the line. Simply put, Hasan knows what he's doing. His experience, knowledge and eye for esthetic shines through. If you just need a TV stand bracket installed, a kitchen replaced or a home extention he's more than capable and reasonably priced. Finally, I would say that having Hasan around is not an inconvenience. He is naturally relaxed and amiable, so it's like have a friend round, rather than a stranger. He wants to help and he does."
