"Top rate service from Gotts. The engine management light came on and this time didn’t just go off! I was near Gotts and a brief call had me straight in for a diagnosis. Better still, once established a new sensor was needed, and despite me being told the car could be fixed by the end of the week (quick in itself under the circumstances of me not really having been booked in I thought!), I received a call about 6 hours later saying my car was ready! In other words, the part was ordered immediately and on its arrival was pretty much immediately put in. Can’t expect any better than that I say! The chaps were polite and friendly and gave me a lesson on diesel particulate filters (or something lol) that I’d got no clue about but was essential information for the future well-being of my car."
