Promised me on 3 separate occasions to undertake a specific job I asked them to do with me car. Even on the day I took it in again I asked and was told they would undertake the work. Couldn't even check by phone if they had done the work as they don't answer the phone. Picked car up only to be told they didn't do it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional . Smooth experience whole way through, my cars brakes needed replacing (which I didn’t realise), and the wheel shaft popped out, something the guys has never seen before. Felt relieved to have been in good hands and have constant updates. Really friendly and helpful staff, they were very thorough with showing and explaining the damage to me."
