Their “live” chat system isn’t live at all (three day turnaround minimum), they don’t answer their phones, and I’m sat on parts I can do nothing with. I’ve submitted a chargeback through my card company. Only on the fifth time visiting did they find out the actual part number for what I needed. Wasteful, careless group."
