"They took my FedEx package, and that's about it. They kept to themselve, they weren't eager to hear or answer any question but as far as 3rd party package drop-off point goes this is as straightforward as it gets."

"Terrible experience. Yes, rude and very poor customer service as others have stated, but also DO NOT use this Mail Boxes Etc for FEDEX. SHIP DIRECT WITH FEDEX. I sent an important document FedEx express with Michael at this Mail Boxes Etc and when it was a week late, every FedEx person I spoke with, including several supervisors, said this qualified for a refund, and that if I’d shipped directly from FedEx they could do it, but because I’d sent it from Mail Boxes Etc, that Mail Boxes Etc simply needed to request the refund and then Mail Boxes Etc would refund me. BUT Michael (the owner) at Mail Boxes Etc refused to request a refund so I’m out 95 euros. I didn’t realize that if I shipped w Mail Boxes Etc I wouldn’t be able to work with FedEx if there was a problem or delay, but would be at the whims of Mail Boxes Etc, which at least for this location is bad news for the customer. Unless you have money to blow, avoid this place and ship direct with FedEx."

"This is an awesome Mail Boxes Etc, good service; friendly, efficient staff and a convient location. Lourdes is amazing! I use the mailbox service and I love it because when I have packages they are kept safe until I pick them up so I don’t worry someone might steal it from my doorstep. If I’m expecting a package I let Lourdes know and she is kind enough to email me when it arrives so I don’t miss anything important. Again super great service! However, I think some other reviewers don’t understand what Mail Boxes Etc is. This is not UPS nor is it a UPS store nor is it a delivery service. Mail Boxes Etc is exactly what it claims to be, a service where they provide mailboxes for business or personal use as well a package packing service to get your package ready to ship so nothing breaks, they can also ship your package by several different shipping companies so you can choose what shipping company to use plus Mail Boxes Etc can be a drop off place for packages that are shipped by UPS. That being said they don’t actually deliver your package they simply pack your package get postage on it, get it ready for an actual shipping company to pick it up. So if you have a beef about how your package was delivered by UPS putting a bad review here is pointless and misleading to people who are actually looking for this type of service. Your review does not belong here!"

"Worst service I have ever experienced. They didn't show up with the delivery, when i was at home and lying about some acces code to get to my house :Our driver requires security access for this delivery. We are attempting to obtain the access information.... that is what they wrote to me, meanwhile i dont even have any god damn code all u have to do is push the gate and knock to the door :/ really dissapointed with the UPS."

They didn't tell me an expected time of delivery, they changed the estimated cost twice and they showed up (while I was at work) phoned me, and told me that they could either drop off my package or I had to pay for delivery again some other time. In the end, they left my painting on the side of the road, complete disregard for my package, worst business I have ever experienced, I never leave reviews, but I just felt I needed to warn others about these, effectively, scammers."
