"Called today for a taxi to Blanchardstown to attend a funeral at 12.30. The call was taken by someone called Rachel. I was told the taxi would be with me shortly. Stood on the Milltown Road from 11.50 - 12pm. Called again. Was told by who ever answered that they would check where my taxi was and call me back. Waited another 10 minutes. Called again at 12.10 and they rang into me as I was phoning them. Was told 'eh no , we've no taxis in the area!!' Absolutely appalling service.Needless to say I was late to the funeral which felt really disrespectful. Obviously they have no clue what they are doing. Unprofessional & unreliable. Avoid, avoid, avoid!"
