"I received prompt and reliable email updates from Deliver it. I was sent the contact details of Mark C, the delivery man, so I was able to text and explain that I would be out but nearby during the drop off window. I asked him to let me know when he was 5 mins away and I'd be there to meet him. He did, and arrived just as I did. He very kindly carried the large parcel into the hall for me. As I have two herniated discs in my spine I was very grateful for his kindness. This has been the best delivery service I've ever dealt with. Often they don't come when they say they will, or just dump your parcel on the doorstep and go away. I would be happy to recommend them."

"Deliver It as always were very good. Email received with a delivery slot and parcel arrived within the slot. Parcel was left at the door but driver actually rang the bell and waited until I answered which is unusual these days where other delivery companies just drop parcels with no check see if anybody is home. Nice to see good customer service in this industry"
"I have no issue with the timely manner of the delivery. It was delivered well within the time frame that had been emailed me. However the delivery driver did not check to see if I was home at the time by knocking on the door. They just left the box at my door and I was only alerted to that fact by my dog barking. I fear that had I not been alerted and been able to take in the box in a timely manner it may have been stolen. I live in a terraced house that is right on the street. All I ask is that the driver give a quick knock on the door to let the person know that delivery has been made."
