"Oh my god .. I don’t know why the woman on phone works there , she clearly doesn’t like her job. My partner rang them 3 hours before to prebook a taxi as we had appointment. She argued with him that he cudnt prebook and then hung up on him . I rang back and when she heard my Irish accent she spoke with a little more manners than she did to him . She said “no bother, It’s booked now, how do u want to pay”? I said I can pay now by card and she started saying no you can’t , u will have to pay taxi man . I said ok, relax I can do that. We arrived at location where she said she’d let us know when taxi was on way . No text and we needed to go asap. We had to take another taxi , then we received texts and missed calls from the company . Long story short - get rid of phone operator or train her to have manners …hanging up on people is not exceptable . Would not recommend or use again"

"I ordered a group of taxis the day before a concert to collect my 35 friends and I at 3.45 the next day, one showed up on time and not one other taxi showed up, when I rang up they continuously hung up on me giving no indication of when they would arrive. Eventually at 5pm they told me all taxis were just canceled to my house with no apology and when I rang up again they were extremely rude and just hung up on me over again. We all missed one of our favourite acts of the day and ended up all having to get public transport and missed the first few hours of the festival. Awful service and would urge anyone not to use 8202020"

"Rubbish company. Ordered a taxi on a previous night for the next morning. Rang them 12 minutes after the agreed time.They said that they would ring if the driver is there. Also said. They never promised anything that I would get a taxi. Great Job. Got fed up and fortunately was able to catch an another taxi. I'm still waiting for their call to say: sorry we can not send you a Taxi. :(( It's 3pm now. Disgraceful."

"Pre ordered a taxi hours in advance as we had a booking.. Got a call at after eight a taxi will come sometime and we are top of the list.. At half eight got a call saying if i still need a cab. Pre ordering a cab on Saturday not a good idea. It is easier to get one of the street. Was a bit disappointed. Lady was nice though and said f she was sorry."

"Yesterday, I ordered a cab from this company to pick me up at Tesco Navan Road and travel about a mile away. After 20 minutes of waiting I called to see what the story was - the person who answered the phone casually told me they had no drivers in the area. Some of my stuff had defrosted in the hot weather and I was far from happy. I resolved never to use them again because the time before this I called them and when a driver became available, his car was dirty, the driver rude and the fare was high. Don't use this company, they provide a terrible service."
