"I have been a regular customer of this company for years, however unfortunately I will never now use them again. I had prebooked them for Saturday night, to attend an important family event. They called me , at the time when they were supposed to collect me, to inform me that they could " not locate" a driver, this continued until I eventually had to cancel and use another company. It was their attitude however which is why I won't use them again, completely rude and totally unapologetic, extremely disappointing service"
