"Beautiful!! Google maps tries to take you to a housing development nearby but don’t listen. Go to the Gower Heritage Center and they’ll give you a walking map! The views were incredible and the walk was lovely, even in cold December!"
"Beautiful ruined castle on a hill above Three Cliffs Beach, free of charge. Did a round trip walk to the beach from the visitor centre. Come out of yhe centre, cross the road to the sign for the path through a wooded area. To the right leads to a gentle path down to the beach. If you cross the stepping stones across the river at the beach, you can walk up through the sand dunes to the castle, from there, take the left hand path down through the trees just before you would cross the golf course and that takes you back to your starting point on the path from the other direction. Besutiful views. So peaceful."
"It's an absolutely AONB! It shall be in your list. Ancient and well preserved castle with amazing views to Three Cliffs Bay and near by the beach"
"Not much left but the main gate where you can see the bow slots and spear holes used to kill and maim would be intruders. Beautiful views, look out for flying golf balls."
"There's not a huge amount left of the castle, but it commands a fantastic position up on the top of a hill overlooking Three Cliffs bay. The views are stunning and well worth the 10 minute walk up from the beach."
