"This place is beautiful. I have visited a few times and sat in the car to read my book and watch the sunset or just enjoy the cloud formations. When I did have the opportunity to take the dogs for a walk it was even more beautiful. Lots of lovely paths to wander down and explore."
"Lovely place, very quiet and relaxing. Found people very friendly and kind there."
"Historically very interesting location with a good information board. Nice views of the bay, picnic area and walks. Not sure if it's due to the low rain fall but the canal itself just looked like an overgrown straight dirty steam."
"Visited Kidwelly Quay last week as I was looking for somewhere nice to walk. I wasn't disappointed. The parking is free which allows you to explore as much as you want. There are different routes to follow and these are clearly signposted, the coastal path was my favourite as it went all around the Quay and really gave you beautiful views on your walk. Dogs are allowed which is a huge plus as they love it here, lots of smellies and space for them. Lots of benches to sit on up at the main Quay near the car park if you want to rest your legs a little. Would have given it one more star if there was a little cafe, as I think that would be nice to have a cuppa after a long walk."
"Lovely walk for dogs. Free carpark. Footpaths so not muddy underfoot. Lovely and scenic on a sunny day."
