"Purchased our Premier Excursion model from our local dealer in Dobbies garden centre Swansea. Our salesperson Michelle was helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Cannot fault the service locally. Hot Spring World themselves have offered excellent customer service , the lid was damaged and they have ordered a replacement, we are still waiting on our steps but this hasn’t stopped us using and loving our new tub. Hot spring world have kept us informed by email and telephone , and answered any questions promptly, it’s nice to be able to speak with a human! Thank you Jasmine for your assistance. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and so far we have to agree ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When we require a top up supply of chemicals we always return to Hotsprings in Dobbies Garden Centre, cannot fault the customer service Michelle is on hand to advise with any questions we have. "Fantastic customer service from Laura, the instore team at Swansea, to the installation team, very accommodating to our particular needs for installation. We were kept up to date with developments whilst waiting for our Envoy NXT. My husband was the driving force behind getting a hot tub but once it was here I have become its biggest fan. Apart from helping with aches and pains, it has reduced stress levels and we are sleeping so much better, (I know that isn't listed as a benefit when talking about hot tubs but I certainly have found it so). I have struggled a little with the chemistry of maintaining water pH etc but we now have installed the ACE system so moving forward hoping things will be easier. I would recommend a hot tub to anyone, particularly HotSpring, after all you do get what you pay for and this is an excellent product, in my opinion the Best on the Market. Go and see Laura in Swansea branch, you won't regret it. We are now in the process o erecting a building around the spa, happy days."
