"App doesn't work, had to ring twice over issues with the app ( first account had to be reactivated as if you don't use it over a year it goes dormant, second kids pool isn't even listed) to someone who really couldn't be bothered to be on the phone as I must of got in the way of their group down time chat session. App needs an overhaul big time, also needs a kids pool listed as whats the point in stating you can only book online if things are missing and then I'm told I have to book over the phone with someone who really doesn't want to take the call!!"
