"The best lecturers and admin is very helpful"
"I did a masters in marketing in the early 2000. It promised to open doors in the industry but quickly I found out post graduation that wasn't the case. Work experience was more important. Despite doing very well I never could secure a marketing role and ended up working in a different sector. Not even once in 20 yrs did a recruiter overs the year ever commented on it. The smurfit business school name is now diluted, as so many other great and cheaper providers now on the market Cons Zero support from my lecturer (FB) during my thesis. No support or direction given. Very much a bully and dismissive approach. Totally left on your own. A horrible 3 months of stress. He also took my initial great idea and said it was too advanced, and with permission gave it to one of his PhD student who had been struggling for 3 yrs to land on an idea . Everyone shocked at the time They insisted on everyone buying a dell laptop through them, which was very costly and unnecessary"
"Very good business school. All Master programs offered are very well created. Professors are having excellent knowledge of subjects and are always ready to guide students. Infrastructure is also superb. There are many places to study at campus. Also for group work there are many conference room available which can be booked from UCD portal. Proby residence is inside campus and is just 50 meter walk from main building. University has good cafeteria and coffee shop. Library is very good and has extensive collection of books. There is lot of greenery(gardens) in campus. There is ample car parking space for students. Bus stop is 12 minute walk from campus and there are 2 small coffee shop near the university. Classrooms are spacious and comfortable."
