"I wanted to inform myself about some courses. In a few days I received an enormous amount of emails and calls. This really aggressive technique didn't help me at all and made me think that actually the Institute is not that good as they claim to be. I already unsubscribed but keep receiving emails. Don't give your data ti this Institute unless you like being bothered 24/7."

"They are expert in promoting tjemselves, but they lack in the follow up and post sales process. The material is valid but the support is very poor. I rang the offcie as I had issues with the examination ( I wa snot able to continue the exam due to a technical issue and stuck in a limbo), I have to wait 4 -5 days for something it is not my fault and I left a voicemail but no follow up. content ok but lack in everything else, not what you expect after paying 2700 Euro. They reply only to positive reviews, and I conside r their lack of follow up to address the issues as not willing to delievr on what they rpomose. technical issues hapens and something might not go right, but you can make a diference on how you fix it or at eleast show you care. Very disappointed! Do review and make sure it is for your needs"
