"I have been attending T'ai Chi classes at SSTCC for a number of years. The quality of teaching is excellent. Each class has at least 2 teachers so no matter where you are in the room there is always a teacher to follow. All of the teaching staff are very encouraging and continuously reinforce the message of learning at one's own pace to embody the principles of T'ai Chi. It is a wonderful learning environment where the principles of T'ai Chi are are not just aspirational, but are lived out in the teaching. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wishes to start T'ai Chi or to develop their practice."
"I started Tai Chi in April 2018. It has been a great experience from the start. The teachers have been a great support and very friendly and have your best interests at heart from the start. Their dedication is amazing. They are so interested in ensuring you get the best instruction and experience possible. I have also attended the Summer work camp in Limerick last year and have just come back from this years work camp in Sardinia. Met a great group of people from many countries as equally dedicated, and the training and fun we had was wonderful. Without a doubt Tai Chi has been of great benefit to my health and well being and I get great enjoyment from practicing it. Would highly recommend it. It has been a great journey so far and the great thing is that there so much more to learn also."

"Very friendly team of teachers who provided clear explanations and were happy to answer questions. Plenty of encouragement provided too. Overall an enjoyable way to learn Tai Chi and I will continue to attend classes. I really liked that they teach as a team so there are teachers to follow whilst another teacher provides guidance on what to do as you follow."
