Reviews
"I do not recommend this store the prices are a lottery There are two prices on the box: 28€, 35€ and at the checkout 37€"
"The female was nice. But the male staff horrible they feel like they do not want to a job, no personality, and I cannot for the love of God, why when you buy a stock like runners, they say €30 on the the floor at €25 on box. Ver misleading, he started raising his voice at me,. as I never got an explanation how Decking dare him raising his voice at me. Dam check. He does not deserve a job, I will be contacting manager no one should put up with abuse."
"Shockingly rude staff. Abusive in tone towards customers. Made fun of a disabled customer. Utterly shocking shop. They shouldn't be working face to face with the public."
"Ordered items online only to receive an email a couple of days later to say one of the items wasn't in stock. I went back online and to my surprise the item was still showing in stock. Ordering would cost me another €7 delivery charge which I queried. I received 3 replies from customer care and every time they dodged my query - all I wanted is to spend more money with them without being charged a 2nd delivery fee. On the 4th attempt they confirmed they would reimburse the delivery charge....needless to say I am still waiting for my money. I received an email requesting feedback on the items ordered. I clearly explained the items received were great but the service provided was shocking......reason for them NOT TO PUBLISH MY REVIEW"
"No zero option. Left standing for 25 minutes.... Christmas present shopping for Salomon running shoes knowing what i wanted. The young lad in the trainers section was disgraceful. I wanted runners that were 85e but he looked at them said don't have 8.5 size( don't think he even checked). I said what about these ones at 140e he said "should have those" and scanned barcode on display with his handheld thing and stood there and said nothing. He couldn't be more interested by his facial expression etc. I made conversation and said "you're flat out" he said "ye". I pretended to browse to take away from the awkward silence as i thought his handheld was checking the stock or something. He walked away and served about 5 other people even though shop was quiet. Eventually i walked up and said "do you have then then or what"? He replies "you didn't say you wanted them". I said "why do you think i was standing there the past 25 minutes". He went and got them and slapped them into my hand without an apology or nothing. As a retail worker and knowing how busy it gets i was shocked at how bad his communication skills are. I knew what i wanted and all, they weren't for me. I was tempted to walk out but i was under time constraints etc. Kevin and Perry will never be dead with these types of retail workers around!! Won't be back. I don't shop on price!!"
