"Our experience has been exceptional with this nursery. We couldn't be more grateful with Paloma and all the teachers. Our son absolutely loves to come there every morning. The staff is amazing, so great sharing moments and always super sweet with the kids. We know our son is in the best hands. Thank you! "
"My son studies in this kindergarten and I am very satisfied because it is difficult for him to be separated from me, but the teachers do everything to make it easy for the child and make him love being there.I would also like to recommend the manager Egija, who has always talked to me thoroughly about the day of the child and gives me advice so that the child gets used to it there. thank you very much"
"Would not recommend - poor management, poor communication, worryingly high staff turnover, activities (or lack thereof) not to the same standard as other branches of this chain."
"This place used to be very good until the first lockdown in March 2020. When they reopened in June 2020 it had a new manager and the service quality started to worsen. We would not recommend this place: huge turn over of the teachers, inadequate manager, lack of communication and lack of organization. Teachers doing their best under the circumstance."
"Teachers very good, management awful. They take part time children and give ask you to make them to full time or give you notice to use the slot for more "profitable full time children" when needed, as confirmed management, with no consideration to its impact to the children. They also increase the fees "conincidentally" every time the government gives a relief to parents, effectively taking the benefit of most of it. The manager, LC, is just unable to deal with parents, pushy, stressed, no manners, never has time...she is just in the wrong role or perhaps overworked. It is unfortunate the attitude of management as my children absolutely loved every teacher they had (bar one who was using headphones in the room a few years ago)."
