"Rang to place an order and was told that the area manager was not available, but that he would call me back later. No return call was received, so I rang again the next day only to be told that this time the area manager was " with a client" but would return my call immediately after he had finished with the client.Still no call back was received, and as a result, my customer was left without his delivery. I cannot understand why so many companies promise to return calls, but then, don't follow up. Based on this experience, I would never recommend SP Sports and Leisure to anyone. My order would have been worth in excess of € 2K to them, but they are obviously too pre occupied with other matters, to bother about returning calls."
