"Got great service from Jordan today. He was great at giving lace tips to my son who has trouble with laces at the moment."
"Staff nice enough, stock a little underwhelming."
"Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately didn't have the size that we wanted in stock"
"Just left the store and one of the staff members were awfully rude and obviously has no customer service experience. The manager was adequate, that unique member saw me at the till and decided to ignore me. Dropped the shoes and walked out."
"Ordered Air Force 1 '07 on their website, in my usual size. Shoes came in next day, just as described on the website. Although the box was absolutely battered, if they were a gift to someone, I would've been outraged. Unfortunately the shoes were too big, so I tried to phone their Tallaght store (4 rings, no answer), then their Liffey Valley store (3 rings, no answer). Had to get my partner to drive me there to ask about an exchange (I wanted the shoes for my weekend, so didn't bother going through the online returns process). I came into their Liffey Valley store, walked around hoping to get staff attention for help. A few of them were chatting away, not acknowledging me. I made eye contact with one of the staff, and he just walked away. So I had to chase him down myself to ask for help. Eventually I was told they can't do anything. So I asked for a manager who, thankfully, understood my query and gave me another colour of Air Force's to try on just for size reference. So we got that sorted. At the till, there was only one cashier, she sorted me out with a return. Then I said I want a different size ordered and delivered. She told me there's no other sizes available except for 3 and 4. Not the case, as I looked up on their website 2 seconds before and there was loads of sizes. So I had to show her myself and it wouldn't show up on their system for some reason. Basically I felt like I had show her things myself, and I don't even work there! Eventually I got sorted, was at the till for nearly 10 mins and a queue of about 7 people formed behind me and no other staff came to help at the tills, even though they were walking around having chats with other staff members. Seemed highly unprofessional and generally not a good atmosphere in the Liffey Valley store regards staff."
